If you wish to keep your account information private then feel free to PM me here in the forums about this issue. However please still post your Character Name and server of origin so that we can make sure that at least these have been copied correctly.

I haved looked through the Character Copy thread of everyone that reported this issue however some didn't give me enough information to start looking into the issue for them. Please see list.

Everyone Please make sure your Useropts.cfg file has the following data in it.

PatchServerDNSName = "testpatch.thematrixonline.com"
AuthServerDNSName = "testlogin.thematrixonline.com"
MarginServerDNSSuffix = ".thematrixonline.com"

The file can be openned with Notepad or another text editor program.
