how many hardlines are in Mannsdalle?

how many hardlines are in Mannsdalle?

Alright, I have been thinking recently... How many hardlines are there in Mannsdalle Housing projects since it says (central) next to the name of the only known hardline for that area on my list. In stratford campus, there is no indication of it being Central, East, West, North or South because it is the only one. If there is only one in Mannsdalle, why not do the same?
And just wondering... wasn't there another one in that area in beta?

If there was another during Beta, it must've been there before I joined, 'cause there's only been one for as long as I can remember, and hunting down all the hardlines was one of the first things I ever did in the game.
