So I'm down here once again, and the Headless are not spawning on Vector. Yes Barebones is here. I have killed him two times to reset the npc's but they still don't appear. Rarebit, can we get a hot fix for this pls.Umm ok.. Im down here with one other person. They spawn for them but not for me.. what gives?
