Login Error. Acount in use

I think I need my account unlocked or something. I logged on this
morning to play and realized I wanted to delete a character. Well
I attempted to do that and the launcher hung. After restarting
the launcher the character is still listed, but it says it is in
the process of deletion if I try to delete it again, but the real
problem is that I can't log in with any of my other characters
anymore. Everytime I try to play now it says "Login Error.
The account you are attempting to log in with is already in use."
Please fix this quickly.

It's been a little over 3 hours now and there's been no change in my
ability to get in the game. I am still receiving the same error
message "Login Error. The account that you are attempting to log in
with is already in use"

Hi,

What you could try is going to Live Chat entering your details, selecting MxO and ingame from the appropriate catagories and seeing if they can help you out or not. SMILEY

I've been trying to use Live Chat since I got up at 3pm PST today, it's
now 5:15PM PST and I'm still waiting to chat with someone I've been
position 1 in the queue for 2 hours now and nothing. I just want
this issue fixed so I can continue to play. Appearantly the tech
support for this game is nill. This is the only time I've ever
had an issue logging in, and it's now going on 12 hours. I only
have 2 days a week off of work and would like to enjoy a game I pay
monthly for. I guess if this issue isn't fixed by the time I have
to head out tonight then I'm going to cancel my account.
