Cant get on MxO with another character

I was just on MxO and I got off for my husbadn to get on and when he tried it said This account is in use I was just wondering if you all was doing that 12 hours thing???

It might have said that if you switched fast, like login on and get off
and try to get back on. Try it again, when it happens to me I wait
about 10min and then try it.

Please don't post the same question in more than one place.

This is sometimes caused when a character doesn't correctly exit from the Matrix.

Wait about 5-10 minutes, and try logging in again. If the issue is still prevalent, submit a support ticket.

It still wont let me on and ive been trying since 5:45. ive tried restarting the computer and everything. I've had this problem before it says The account is already in use!

Then you might want to contact support and see what they say.

If you can contact support we can review the issue. Sometimes the account or character doesn't log out of the world correctly so that would cause the issue that your seeing. If this is the case we can help you out and get that issue solved.
