I sent a CCR a while back asking for my daemon army trench coat that i worked so hard on getting back as the day after i got it it magically disappeared from my inventory, which im sure you will agree is a rather annoying thing to happen and i cant be arsed to do all them missions again! this would have been about the 10th june, as i have screenshots (below) of me with it on on the 9th june when the chessman decided to have his little game at tobor. im not even sure if this is the correct place to post this but hey never mind. so i ask as i have waited for over a month can i have it back now please?

ps. no i didn't sell it or recycle it, one day i had it the next day it had gone =(

Since it can't be traded, you won't have sold it anyway.

Did a CSR respond to your CCR?

The only place to have this addressed is to use the petition system, /ccr to contact the GM's. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to locate anything here in-game as this is for technical support.
