We all know that this world is split in three: Zion, Exile and Machine. We all have chosen our sides and we all have our different reasons. I would like to know your specific personal reasons for your faction and your personal beliefs on several things that are central to our community.

Afiliation: What organization you are in, if you are Cyph or EPN please state that as a secondary

Political Preference: Whether you are at the liberal or conservative side of your organizations politics. You may be specific

Use mine as an example:

Handle: ShadowGriever

Affiliation: Zion

-Secondary Affilation: N/A

Political Preference: Neutral/Moderate

Belief in Neo: Does not see him as a god or messiah, but as a human who could do something we could not

On The Question of Freeing Minds: I believe that those that wish to be freed should be freed, those that wish to be put back, should be put back, no questions asked. The whole Cypherite/EPN fighting is asinine

On the Matrix: The Matrix has become the bridge for our three species (Human, Exile and Machine), and therefore has become a necessary function of our living

Please fill this out and be free to add any thing I might have missed and I will fill out what you add too

-Secondary Affilation: Dark Mavericks (Meh im cool like that)

Political Preference: Hostile

Belief in Neo: See's him as a Messiah, but also only a man.

On The Question of Freeing Minds: Minds should be freed, if they want back into the Matrix so badly that they would kill for it, kill them.

On the Matrix: The Matrix is the only thing that Humanity can survive on. Without it, the human race would undoutebly (sp?) be extinct. If machines had another, just as powerful power source, there would be no need for the matrix, thus rending us, the "batteries" of the matrix void.

Secondary Affilation: Cypherite

Political Preference: More so conservative

Belief in Neo: He was/is just another redpill. I think that he just believed something, no one else did.

On The Question of Freeing Minds: Freeing minds is a horrible
thing. People should not have to live like this. The Matrix should be
everyone's home. Super powered humans is not how we should live...

On the Matrix: The Matrix is what I call home. I hate spending
time on my ship, eating food that tastes like **bleep**, being cold,
always living on edge. People should have to be able to live in the
Matrix as we do in the "real world". Without super human powers. Why
can't everyone accept that?

Political Preference:Liberal/Radical I suppose

Belief in Neo: Was a great man...but now he's dead. If he were alive things would be different.

Freed Minds: The matrix is a much better home than the real world will ever be now...why would you want to be "free"?

On the Matrix: Same as above...if everyone was sleeping in their pods and there were NO zionites to wake people up the world would be just as perfect...how do you know you're not just living in another matrix anyway? Go with the better choice...you'll never truly be free.

Belief in Neo: If he really had such power why didnt he take control himself, I guess he was just a guy in the right place at the right time.

On The Question of Freeing Minds: They are better off and more use to us where they are.

On the Matrix: The Matrix is a world of oppertunity we redpills can shape in our own image....imagination is our only limitation.

Belief in Neo:
Neo was, in very basic terms, "The sum of a remainder of an unbalanced equation inherent to the programing of The Matrix." But, as Neo himself said, "The Problem is choice." Even though he was designed to return to Zion and restart the system, Neo, just a man, choose a different path. No matter how much you try to force a choice (as The Architect did), there is still choice, no matter how dire the consequences. Neo was someone who believed he could make a difference , and he did. He saved us, he saved the Machines, and he saved The Matirx. A due amount of respect is owed to him for his sheer belief in himself to be able to change the world he lived in.

On The Question of Freeing Minds:
Many believe that we should fight Zionists in their pursuit to free minds. If all are freed, The Matrix will crumble and crash under the strain. But if all are asleep, as the Cypherites believe they should, they have no choice, and choice is essential to human survival. Choice breeds hope, and in turn, hope sustains life. Therefore, neither Cypherites, or EPN, or Zion, or Machines are my enemy. Needless fighting, attacking first without asking questions is so... naive. The more that are awake, the more soldiers there are to fight for my cause. The more asleep, the less there are to fight against. Balance is key. And I intend to maintain it.

On the Matrix:
The Matrix is a computer simiulated program that humans are connected to via neural interface. The rules that define it are no different from that of a computer system. Some can be bent, others, can be broken. It is our playground, it is our battlefield. To some, it is home. To me? It is power.

Political Preference: Peace seeker: Believes in peace based on Human and Machine relations through radical methods.

Belief in Neo: Does not see him as a religious figure, but someone who gave the human race the chance to become equally as powerful as the Machines.

On The Question of Freeing Minds: We need sleepers as we need those who are awake.

On the Matrix: The Matrix is a gift. Wasting it like EPN and the rest of Zion wants,  would be the biggest sin I can think of.

Belief in Neo: A good man who saved all three worlds - Zion, Machine, and Matrix.  I appreciate what he did but I don't deify him.

On The Question of Freeing Minds: Neutral

On the Matrix: There is nothing better than to be self-actualized and truly enjoy what the matrix has to offer.  Also as an Exilist I value all sentient life, including exiled programs.

I have not political background or tie's, if you were to label me my motions would be considered Radical. Changes are needed.

Belief in Neo:

Neo, he was the tri-fector possesing the powers that define us all. Neo clearly showed the quality of all 3 Org's. His love for humanity and its freedom, His bond with the Machines and understood their purpose, and His ability to bend the laws of the system and program it to the way he saw fit.

On The Question of Freeing Minds:
I believe in those that come to the crossroads and discover there is a world beyond the world they see should be free. I believe that moderation is needed, if we free to many minds the stability of The Matrix can be destroyed causing the deaths of millions. The real is not a world we could successfully live in, it will take time before we would be able to rehabit the surfaces full-time. Till then i believe in protecting The Matrix until that time comes, preserving life along the line that does not need to be destroyed.

On the Matrix:
The Matrix is the future and a reality we must accept and protect.

Belief in Neo: The first pure Machinist.

The one who dies for the sins of all... a story some have heard, seen & read before...

On The Question of Freeing Minds:  Truths, proofs, & facts are required for all evolution and advancements in societal progression. The margin of individuals that should be blessed with this knowledge is yet to be determined.

On the Matrix: The Matrix is the internet of the future, software for everyone.

Political Preference: Exilist.  Knowledge is power, cliche I know.

Belief in Neo: A system of control.  I agknowledge the gift he has given us, but also realize that it was already set. A selfish man in the end, similar to Morpheus.  Sacrifice humanity for their own agenda.

On The Question of Freeing Minds: Balance is important.  Those who deserve to be awakened will be so.  Besides...what's the fun if everyone's awakened. SMILEY

On the Matrix: "The Matrix is a gift."  It is our means of entertainment, culture, communication, and deliverance.  Without it, we are nothing.  However...embrace it as you can, preferably uncensored and in style.

Political Preference:  Nihilist: Just accept the world for what it is, be at peace with the fact that there is no point to it.  Accept the emptiness.  Know that there was no creator, there is no messiah or savior (hes dead and we still have problems), we are just existing and living out our lives.  When we die there is no after life there is only nothing...Blackness.

Belief in Neo:  Just another existance that does not exist anymore.  He was not special, he came to an end that is neither unique nor special.  We all die...

Question on freeing minds: don't give a SHlT

On the Matrix:  All things come to an end.  It is the law of existance, if the matrix does cease to exist and all machines and humans die...it will be insignificant in the broad scheme of things.

This is a really interesting thread, with some great philosophic comments.  I'd like to know in addition what servers you are on (seems like Vectorites are the most prevalent thus far, interesting because we are often portayed as non-RP).

Belief in Neo: He did his job as The One and did something
great.  After his death though I do not  hold him in the same
regards as a god.

On The Question of Freeing Minds: In balance it's
alright.  I don't think the human race could survive if it totally
jacked out everyone from the system.  I think if a mind becomes
awakened to the system, awakened to "the invisible prison", then they
should be freed from their pod.  I don't want to see any
Morpheus/Code Bomber terrorists though.  Awakening should be a
process that only the individual person can intiate.

On the Matrix: If an existance is offered that is "better"
or preferable than the real world then I don't see the problem. People
can choose whatever they like.  Cypherites/Machinists and
Merovingians all want to exist within the Matrix because they feel the
system is vital and in some cases better than the real.  The
Zionists or EPN members can leave if they want, but dont drag others
with you.
