In the most recent cinematic, we see the dichotomy of attitudes between Anome and Cabolco. The Unlimits have gained an immeasurable amount of power, and they are plotting to take over the matrix.
On one end of the scale, Anome, due to his past, wishes to use this power to rule through fear. By showing bluepills (and redpills) the danger he is capable of, he wishes to impose his own form of control. Obey us, or else...
On the other end, however, we see Cabolco contently watching the sunset as the rest of the group plans their next attack. He interjects and tries to reason with Anome, suggesting that they could be "worshipped as heros", even if it means staging a rescue to win the affections of the, er... pod potatos.
