How do you adjust useropts?

Here's a useropts starter file. Save this into your /The Matrix Online/ directory. I've set it up so the options you want are turned on; you can play around with some of the other options by uncommenting (removing #) from in front of the commands. To edit the file, simply open it in Notepad.
