No Outerwear
No Hats
No Glasses
No Consumables
No (Enhanced or regular)

No Outside Buffs
No Hyper-Jumping
No Mobius Code
No Guns!!!
No state specials
No Patcher
No Coder

The Brackets will be 16-man. Fights will go best of 3. When it is your turn to fight, be ready and report to the person reffing your fight. If you take a long amount of time to get ready, you may be DQ'd. If you advance in a round, and then have to leave, the last person you fought in the bracket and beat will take your spot. If both are gone, the other person will get a free win, and you will still be placed on the "dead" list for disappearing when you were supposed to fight. It's best just to not leave the fighting area.

If you lose a fight at any time in this league, you are gone forever*. Breaking any rule above, even putting on a hat accidentally during a fight, is a permanent ban from the league. Accidentally hyper jumping will be the same. No launchers are allowed, they're the same as glasses. All loadouts are allowed, but no guns patcher or coder. Using a gun=perma ban. The winner of each 16 man bracket will face the winner of the last tournament in a 3/5 match. If the champion retains his title, he gets all the prize money just for beating that one person.

You ARE allowed to change your loadout, and even use an RSI hack during the tournament if it suits you.

I reserve the right to change any rule according to majority vote and also make judgement calls during the tournaments.

*If you do die, the cost is 10mil in $info to come back to life. The proceeds will be given to the winner of the next tournament.

last time I had to cut it short because I was literally so short on time I couldn't wait...but it didn't matter because he won 2-0 and it wasnt exactly close.

And yes bayamos hacker is allowed.

Round 4 will be "No restrictions", so gunmen, get ready.

Ahhh well i guess that "no restrictions" some what subsidises for the "extra restrictions" for this next tournament... im sorry but if the extra restrictions tournament was created because of whiners that sucks... people always cry when they lose... players knew the rules before hand...and patcher hadn't been out lawed so they souldn't have cried about it.
