is this still running? i found a page on the matrix website that said it was still going, and to go to fileplanet for keys, yet fileplanet say that its closed i want to open another account, however i cannot get the game from Direct2Drive as thats where my main account was purchased from and they wont let you purchase a game twice

ok so i bought a 30 day timecard from shatteredcrystal for MXO, and i go to activation code in the station thing, i put the code in, select matrix online, and select "this is a prepaid game card" i press ok and up comes "you are not subscribed to this game" well i know that, thats what im trying to do.... any help? cheers

Yeah... that 30 day prepaid card is for 'after' you register another account, in your case.

I thought the trial keys were ment for new players and not for players that already have A account.. ?

He is setting up a second paid account, even already got the 30 day prepaid card. All is well.

While I'm glad this got cleared up, Don't you think that he shouldn't have had a problem with this? maybe the website for mxo could be a little more clear about these kinds of things.
