oh in case anyone wanted to know the /play time you will have if you use the corrupted farming method and nothing else would be around 6 days 3 hours based on 1 corrupted spawn every hour yeilding an average of 80 decayed code. not a bad /play time considering you dont have to move around at all.
the fastest way i found for a noobie is noding, ive been playing for 2 weeks and at level 25, and been solo all the way, apart from a couple of hours that ive been following faction members doing their missions, got +50 rep to the machines, completed 8 archive missions and have all of richland/westview/international hardlined and access noded, very good souce of XP
would very much like to try this sati playground boxing, but no idea where to start
whats your /play time though log in to your character and type /paly in the chat box. this will give you teh total amount of time you have been on your character. also with my method you can be doing other things such as chat while your farm. basically you can set your attacks to a macro and farm away without actually wasting your precious mouse clicks but make sure you are still playing the game as AFK farming is against the rules. But macro to save you mouse clicks are allowed. with my methos it would take me 1 day and 9 hours of /play time to reach 25. this is somewhat slow compared to missioning but then again i dont have to move more at all. the only thing i miss out on is rep but thats easy to grind so its no big deal. A combination of sleep walker boxes and 01 part farming at the same time is still the most effective way to lvl.
ZarlakQ has been in play for a total of 4 days, 17 hours, and 21 minutes.
using my method you can hit 25 in 1 day and 9 hours without running around.
have pmed you as do not understand how your method works
I'm not sure where Ex stands, but I stand at 31/294 archives (if it were for a single headgear, it would be 31/53), which should put me at level 17
i have also worked out that you level faster doing standard missions than archives, due to the quantity of them that you can do in little time, i did some grinding, and i worked out that each subchapter, at level 30 was given me 1,500,000 xp in the region of for completing the 5 stages 300,000 per completed mission, however each mission you have to go running round 4 to 6 different locations, meeting gray and pace, escorting npcs about, and its time consuming, this would take me 60 to 80 mins to complete each subchapter token
however, i get 250,000 xp from doing a small timed hard difficulty assasination mission, and i grinded 8 of them in 40 mins giving me 2,000,000 xp in 40 mins, a lot more in a lot less time, as its just hyper jump to each location and maximum of 3 different locations to visit per mission therefore 16 missions in 80/90 mins, gives 4,000,000 xp the same time as getting 1,500,000 from a subchapter token from an archive
i raised this point with my org and someone said yeah but thats boring, but lets face it, grinding is boring whichever way you look at it, and this way doing standards gives you much more xp than archives, now at level 35 and can level up in 5 hours to each level, if you look at the final xp 16 or so million to get to 50 from 49, you can do it in 63 standard assasionation missions, which at the pace i do them, would take me 7 hours, so could do it in a day
What makes Archive better IMO is that you get a reward for doing them along with levels.

Bingo. And, some of them are cool. Doing standard missions for me is about as fun as putting my head in a paint mixer.
but once youve got the rewards and done all of them the first time like i have, doing them all again isnt fun, you know what happens and youve done them all, so it becomes just like a grind
just done another 45 mins constant grind, had to restart my pc after that and got the following xp
172,847114,671272,085147,728205,912241,929272,250272,2501,699,672 in 45 mins, would have got 2,266,229 if id have managed an hour before the pc messed up, im not saying do this all your life, just showing that standard missions are better for fast levelling than archives for someone just seeking to mass xp, i remember being told archives was faster

If you know how to do archive missions,it is fast actually! Now,i'm not going to persuade you to do it.Not at all, whatever you think it's best..
But you call 114,671 a good amount of experience points?I call it,waste of time! You can get close to 1,000,000 experience points in 15 minutes as long as you know how to do it.
thats what the mission at level 34 gave me, bearing in mind it was a short mission, if you can explain how to get 1,000,000 in 15 mins ill gladly do that, but you only get 1,500,000 from a completed subchapter of an archive, i.e doing all of 10.1 which takes a lot longer than 15 minutes, bearing in mind youve got to run to like 4 or 5 different places to attend meetings, clear out 10 commandos before leaving, etc etc, how can you do this in 15 minutes
In certain archive missions, you don't have to kill any npc.Invite a level 50-just let him be on the team! One of my characters,at level 45 was getting 450,000 experience points. But as i said, what ever works for you!
Archives are alot better. Standard missions aren't that good, trust me (grinded 2 chars rep while lvln from 1 org to another.)
And boo to the no killing I know some people that have ran the 3 stage no killing. Seems effective but the way i see it is you also get xp from the npcs, especially a group of 2 chevs or even better, 3 chevs. Getting xp through a mission and then a lump at the end in my opinion is better.
