In a perfect world we could have both versions, but this is MxO and pleasing everyone (which is possible here) is not an option.

But I on the other hand think's they look cool to the GI so I would rather have them stay. Morpheus and Neo did use GI's with pant's in the first Matrix Movie in the Dojo, so I can't see they remove something from the original Matrix?

May come as a little bit of a shock, but they are male In Final Flight of the Osiris, the female pantless Gi is an exact replica of the one Jue wore in that episode, and this is a step that is taking MxO away from that iconic Animatirix scene.
Someone already said it was because it was because she was flirting, but I think it was the removing of clothes that was done flirtatiously. And if you think we want to perv on our female RSIs... well that says a lot more about you than it does to anyone else. If it is because there is no underware on the RSIs, well put pants on the mini-skirts too. And if it is because you cant do MA in the GI, well why have the Ashencourte Leggings (a green miniskirt) that has Melee buffs?
And just to mention it again, I lot more people seem to be against this change so I am still yet to find any logic in this change at all.

Actually yes, I am pretty sure he is not wearing pants. Who said he owned the thread in a Gi?
Weakness? If that's an insult towards Section 9 I don't care, I really don't want you to join them.
EDIT: Oh, I understand now. You did not understand that SR was being sarcastic.
