Hi folks,

I understand the confusion for those folks who have resubbed since the email notice went out. We are in discussions about how we're going to deal with the issue and will have an answer for you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, those discussions are taking a bit longer than usual due to key folks being in transit from E3.

The answer may not come today, but we are looking into it. Raijiin and Virrago will have an answer as soon as I can get them one.

Thank you, sir.  As I mentioned in the other thread, your mere presence down there in the "active users" has a profound effect on what we're all going through right now.  I am one of the lucky ones who lost all access but have regained at least forum access in the last few hours.  Let's give these guys a chance to work it out, people.

I've said it earlier today, and I know I'm not the only one, but there is only one way to "deal with the issue": get the players back in the game.  There really isn't anything to discuss.  You may be discussing the ways in which you can do this if it's not a simple flip of the switch to turn things back on deal, but you should not be discussing if you can.  You have admitted your faults and lack of attention to MxO in recent months, which is much appreciated, but you are probably the only one with enough authority to really go to bat for us in the here and now.  For the last time, we need you to stand up for MxO.

Yeah ok Walrus that is nice and all, thank you for sharing. But I have always been subed to MxO and yet can't get in game... Others who were always subed had a few idiotic issues, yet could / can get in game. So yes I have a problem with this becasue People who caught the re-sub glitch will get money back. However I will not get my money back so seriously WTH man???

Deleting my question will not change the issue or make this problem go away. So you or, one of your Red Named palls talk respond to me rather it be here or via PM.

So, any news on this yet? I guess it's a bad day to ask, considering it's a Saturday, and not too much, if anything at all is operational at SOE.
