Cant log in this is getting annoying

I made an ALT for a mess about then went to delete it my client crashed and then when i came back on to try again it says cant delete the account is already in use then i tried to log in same message its been like this for 24 hours i also posted on the other thread but it wont get noticed so posting a new one

Can i get this sorted any info you need reply and i will post it

(P.S the live chat isnt working for me so im just doing this instead)

i had the exact same problem i tried to delete a charector to get some space and then it froze i pressed ctrl, alt and delete and ended the task. i then turned the game back on and the error message came up saying my account is in use.

if you have had it sorted can you please tell me how

If you are still experiencing this problem go to http://support.station.sony.com/petition and click on the In-Game Support tab. Log in with your station account details and submit a stuck petition providing the relevent details and they will be able to sort you out.
