The deadline has passed and it looks like we were just a few short of the 15 required registered participants, so this evaluation will be skipped and I'll be moving on to evaluation 8.
There's no reason why we couldn't hold this contest separately under a different scoring system in the future though, and declare/reward a winner for it specifically. That's something I will look into after the current series is finished.
There are still a few things that need to be done before the evaluation 8 information can be placed here. I had planned on it being here already but I did not get to these few things in time. It should all be taken care of and ready within a few days.
