List of Surviving Beta Factions [same name, leader(s)]

The upcoming anniversary has sparked conversations with the leader of The Sirens, a member of The Collective and my friends in Fallen Horizon and it's led me to wonder how many original Beta Factions are still active on Recursion. This also has me wondering about The Furious Angels and other tags we used to see all the time in Beta but which didn’t stand the test of time.

So, here are the criteria. If the Faction you are active in right now was formed in Beta and still operates under the exact same name, then please post your faction name, Org, start date (if you know) and the original founder(s) and current leader(s). [sorry, Phrack, I had to narrow the field somehow… mad props to you for everything you’ve done with your faction(s) through it all, but I’m looking for full continuity here.]

I’ll fill in the details for The Brethren as others post their data, but here’s the list I have so far:

Um...I'd just like to comment that The Furious Angels, as well as Les Enfants Terribles, and a lot of other beta factions ARE still around...and still strong. You might want to just gander at other sections of the forums every now and again. SMILEY

Yes indeed, there are quite a few Beta Factions still active on Syntax and Vector. Maybe you should duplicate this post in the General Forums area and see what response you get. Personally, without sounding elitist or implying the connotation, I am proud to be in a Faction that has been around this long and I take pleasure in knowing there are others that have persevered as well. Bravo guys and gals, bravo!
