Any1 know what that means? It says it has something to do with the URL failing

Hello crazy80,

This somtimes occurs when the patch servers are overloaded. However, if it continues to occur, it's likely there is a port blocking issue going on. Please make sure your router and your personal software firewall have been set up properly. Phi has a post about this here.

had this problem many times in the past look for any personal firewalls you have... for example AOL turn off the firewall and walla you can play SMILEY
