Ah good to hear you can fly right away...

I'm guessing from what was already said, that to get to fly a falcon-type transport ship you have to advance down a ship flying ability tree or something? Is it a long time before you can fly the falcon sized ships?

Thanks for the info.

Yup.. in fact, to fly the Falcon, you need to progress down the Neutral flight path, which are different ships and rebel or imperial.. and you can't fly the sucker until you master the profession, which takes a while..

I would estimate with casual flying 1-3 months to master..

I seem to always get stuck piloting.. SMILEY

But actually..I kinda like it.. flying up to the corellian corvettes while the gunners fire away.. having mah trusty co-pilot running the droid commands and keeping us alive.. then backing off at just the right moment when 'she just can't take anymore!'

What ships are down the neutral line? I'd be more interested in
piloting that kind of ship than working towards being a Jedi or
something.

Sorry, I feel like I've hijacked the thread. I'll try to cut back on
the questions and seek answers from the website or something.

Is it posible to hijack in a Off topic forum :p

Trying to remember the Neutral ships..

Dunelizard, Syck, YT1300 (Falcon) and some others..

And any Master Pilot (rebel, imperial or neutral) can also

pilot a KSE Firespray (Boba's ship)  they look pretty cool

but are fairly hard (read expensive) to aquire.

No dedicated PVP servers.. though some (like Bria,
Ahazi, and Radiant) seem to see more pvp then others,
but that may likely just be a population thing as well.

Level 80 is the cap for characters, and grinding is a

fairly simple thing to do if you can find a group.

Hope that helps SMILEY

Thanks, so which server do you guys recommend me going to? I like more populated servers. Also if you can tell me, which servers have more Imperial followers and which servers have more rebel followers, I am looking for a challenge.

Flurry seems like a great server, very friendly to new players,
a decent fairly civilized GCW (Galactic Civil War),
and mid-high population..

If I had to recomend one it would be that..

Though you may want to check Bria or Ahazi as well,
they have decent populations.

No, not peaceful, I want a chaotic and challenging server. I will be joining the rebel forces. Know of any chaotic servers? Know of any servers where they have more people that follow the Empire? That is what I ment by challenge.

I would check Bria or Ahazi both then..

Not sure which of the two would have a
higher Imperial presence.. best bet might
be to do some forum trolling before creating SMILEY

1. You cannot just "start off in space" , you have to buy the expansion "Jump to Lightspped"

2. If you want a challenge PvP wise, its best to go to Bria or Radiant.
Ahazi is nothing, they learned everything from us Radiantites because
we went over to their server and creamed their little butts all over
the planets.

OH yeah, all servers are PvP enabled. You just have to go to an NPC of your faction ,and "declare" to go "red"
