The bluepill holiday of Halloween is approaching, and of course the redpills will celebrate. The errors caused by the costumes will give the Machines big problems, very, very big problems.

The Matrix will be very dark at this time, and most of the redpills will not be recognizable, this will make it harder to track Officer...well, Ex Officer Anderson, the Exile......He must be captured, not killed, we believe that if he is killed, it will cause his, other, to die, which will cause quite a disruption in the System, keep your eyes open Operatives, it would be most helpful to catch him before the Halloween festivites begin..............

 The Exile is planning on being bitten, he wants to become a Lupine or a Vampire, we're not sure which yet, but he wants to become stronger so he can fight us off easier. So, keep him away from highly Exile populated areas, and once again, try to catch him before the Festivites begin....
