Alright, It took me about an hour to figure all this out and sketch it all down, I'm sure I'll be updating it more as I learn more, and figure out more about how it works. Here's what I've got so far, if anyone is lost with starting their archival missions, I sure hope this helps!

Midian Park East - Machine Archivist

Moriah Projects East - Zion Archivist

Appolyon Northwest - Merovingian Archivist

You can start off by picking up each piece (mission) of the chapter you'd like at your organizations archivist, I'll explain it by using the first chapter.

Then go to a district of your choice, and start up the first mission in the chapter(1.1.1). Do this mission 3 times, and you will recieve the Completion Token 1.1. Once you have completed the first missions, and recieved the completion token, move on to the next mission in the chapter(1.2.1). Do this mission until you get your completion token, and then do the next and final mission in the chapter(1.3.1). Until you recieve the completion token for this mission as well. Once you've completed all the missions for each chapter, head back to your archivist to pick up the next chapter. Fire up the mission until you get the token, and so on, and so forth.

Once you've completed all 4 chapters for your organization, head to one of the locations below:

You will need the following completion tokens to recieve your organizations article of clothing:

Completion tokens 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4

Ikebukuro Northest - Machine Trader

Kaede Central - Zion Trader

Sai Kung Southwest - Merovingian Trader

(There's also a trader for each organization in Richland, Westview, and Downtown, I believe)

The items you will recieve are as follows:

Machine - 10% IS Regen Shades. (look alot like the glasses agents wear, they differ from void shades but they ALSO have the 'earpiece' on them.)

Zion - 10% IS Regen Barret

Merovingian - Melee, Thrown, Viral, and Ballistic damage resistance (11points to each) coat

After you've traded your completion tokens for your items, you can move on to the next organization if you chose, but keep in mind that you also have to run the missions again for your org. (so if you're machine and you got your shades, you're gonna have to run all of the missions from all of the chapters again to get another one of the orgs items)

There's also 4 other items you can get, I'm not sure exactly what they do, yet, I hope to get at least the first one tonight. But here's what you're gonna need to recieve these items:

Completion Tokens for Chapter 1 for all three organizations

(Zion, Merv, and Mach Completion Tokens 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3)

-Noninfectious Flame Virus-

Completion Tokens for Chapter 2 for all three organizations

(Zion, Merv, and Mach Completion Tokens 2.1. 2.2, and 2.3)

-Noninfections Fly Virus-

Completion Tokens for Chapter 3 for all three organizations

(Zion, Merv, and Mach Completion Tokens 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3)

-Fly Storm-

Completion Tokens for Chapter 4 for all three organizations

(Zion, Merv, and Mach Completion Tokens 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3)

-Blue Headlamp-

I think that's just about it, if I left anything out, feel free to let me know. I sure hope this helps you guys!

I haven't a clue. I'm getting closer to getting it, so I'll post what each special item does and what not. Glad you liked it, and thanks! SMILEY

Does this mean we have to do the missions twice? Once for the clothing reward and once for the non-infectious viruses!?!?

Man, this is gonna take forever and a day lol

Yeah, it's not meant to be a short, or easy task. but I find it interesting and certainly a lot of fun. Brings back a lot of old memories. SMILEY and hey, it'll be worth it once you're done with it all.

Oh, and we've been asking for content for how long? As reduntant as this may be, it says to me that SOE is trying, and I think that this is better than nothing. So /tiphat to content, and making things fun and interesting again!

While this *May* be a bit redundant, it is fun redundancy. :smileyhappy:

ok well lets start counting missions so people get an idea of time invested. 1.1 had what 6 or 7. 1.2 had 19 or 20. and it was good to see morpheus again.

I got the merv and zion chapter 1 today, I'm going to get Mach done tomorrow, and then post the total number of missions for chapter 1.

The other chapters and what each item does will follow shortly there after.

What do you guys think, is there anything else I left out in the guide? Has it been helpful? Lemme know!

If it matters any, Mach 1.2 had 16 or 17 I believe.  I'm going to work on 4.x missions next, I'll post the amount of missions when I'm done.

I did the math from a post Rarebit made in the Ask the Devs thread, and here's how it stands:

1.1 - 3 missions

1.2 - 17 missions for Mach/Zion, 16 for Mervs

1.3 - 6 missions

2.1 - 5 missions

2.2 - 5 missions

2.3 - 5 missions

3.1 - 5 missions

3.2 - 5 missions

3.3 - 5 missions

4.1 - 5 missions

4.2 - 5 missions

4.3 - 5 missions

_____________

Total = 71 Mach missions, 71 Zion missions, 70 Merv Missions.

To get System Shades you must do 71 missions.

To get the Red-Eye Beret you must do 71 missions.

To get the Demon Army Trench you must do 70 missions.

To get the Noninfectious Flame Virus you must do 77 missions ({3 x 3} + {2 x 17} + 16 + {3x6})

To get the Noninfectious Fly Virus you must do 45 missions (3 x {3 x 5})

To get the Fly Storm you must do 45 missions (3 x {3 x 5})

To get the Blue Headlamp you must do 45 missions (3 x {3 x 5})

To get every org's clothing item and every special chapter effect, you must do a total of 424 missions.

If you take on average six minutes per mission, that's 42.4 hours of missioning.

i dunno, some criticals have 4 to 6 parts to them. and many of the machine ones require killing to complete. i'd say more like 10 to 12 minute average.
