UI customization has to be built from the ground up so that it works with the rendering engine. World of Warcraft's UI is based around XML and MxOs isn't.

Also recall that World of Warcraft was I believe just ending Beta when MxO release so it wasn't all the craze yet.

  Probably very nearly zero if I understand what you are asking. XP is already displayed on the HUD info is easily seen on the Inventory window and CQ total is easily seen by using the chat command /cq as I recall.

Date of extraction could be added to the Details window for a player though since I dont make stuff just break it I dont have an informed answer to the difficulty of such. I can only say that Dracomet has comments on more than one occassion on how unpleasant our UI is to modify but hey they can only say Hell No if we ask right? SMILEY

One other problem however is the RP problem for that part of the community that does so. Many Machinists and Merv players RP their character's in such a way to reflect they are no Redpills but exiles or other programs. If no good terminology could be used in the UI I doubt any chance would be implemented because it would need to satisfy most (all is impossible) folks.

  Ah I see well City of Hero's community solved this problem by having a 3rd party app parse the chat information sent to the client and do calculations. Its called Hero Stats and easily found on source forge for those programmingly inclinded.

This is a known issue where a player's client will stop the translucent appearance and render you normally. You are still in Stealth mode however.

In only 1 instance would a Tactic Booster help you not get hit. In the last scenario I listed where two abilities in interlock are being used against each other for the round then its Acc vs Acc. Having a high Acc in this case would indeed help.

The Zion mainframe is what you may be refering to the reason it was technically against the EULA was it involved having a bot account that you sent private messages to.

Also City of... might have a slightly different EULA then SOE's so its possible that Hero Stats and such dont violate it. Or they simply can't detect the app because it runs totally client side so there is no way to enforce something against those that use it.

Also note that Sniper Rifles have longer ranges for Free Fire than normal ARs or BRs this makes using abilities and Free Firing almost the same distance so you dont have to adjust your distance much if any between the two types of attacks.

However the Kessay does have a shorter range than the other Sniper Rifles.

These are known issues and a being looked into. The problem seems a bit more deep rooted that we initially expected. While the devs are working on a fix I am not sure how long it will take.

So yeah we found a problem with the bonus provided for Thrown Resistance from your Perception. Hopefully we will have it fixed for the next update.

Basically you are currently not getting any benefit to Thrown Resistance from having a Perception above 5.

So I was posting some stuff in the general forums about the spawn system for the encounter and realized that we have a forum for this already.

The up shot of the encounter is that if you dont spend time in the appropriate place as stated in the patch notes the encounter will not spawn. So poping in ever now and again wont yield you the results you want. Spending some time in the right place may.

If you are feeling a bit bored just drag some luggables into the area I am sure you will get some attention while you wait for the encounter to start to tie you over. SMILEY

The thing with Wallkicks were most of the time they were in bullet time and thereby went REALLY fast. In actuality, the attack is about the same as when your character flips on one hand and shoots the opponent, which is a speed single handgun finisher.

Fights never go near walls anymore because people don't take the time to really appreciate a duel. On Recursion I see long fights all the time where one measly wall kick would change boring duels to "*CENSORED* that was secks!". Too bad we can't earn special abilities, like pounce. Just redpill stuff, like Hyperstomp. Jump up in interlock and stomp on your opponent's head >.> I don't know about you guys, but if I could do that, I would call Dracomet my god (since he's the only one who codes this stuff.)

CR2 took the awesome out of fighting to make it less buggy.

There are legal issues involved when your an employee of a company that deals with Intellectual Properties there are a bunch of things that have to happen. Volunteering for to produce content falls into a big tricky part of who owns what and in all honest most companies would just rather avoid the complication.

Maya was used to produce almost all base art/animations in MxO.

If they are still in interlock animation sets then the best chance to reproduce the animation would be in a confined hallway where you and your opponent would be constantly up against the walls. Also you dont need to use npcs only. The animations sets for interlock do not discriminate player vs npc. So in theory you should be able to get it to happen with two players just fighting in close quarters.

In fact the regen influences do work. The issue is the lack of regen attributes available to players currently.

Or perhaps a better analogy would be Turbo chargers make engines run faster. MxO lacks an engine but has plenty of Turbo Chargers.

It is our intention to have the Test World up 24/7 however it has been brought down at the end of office hours here to address Stability issues which the devs are diligently working to resolve.

As I said it is our intention to have a stable server up 24/7, barring patches being applied and stability problems that may occur. However once that becomes the case I am sure it will go through the normal maintenance cycle the live server currently experience.

There are items that provide the IS regen attribute called Innerstregnth Regen Rate (engine) and then there are items that provide the Influence (turbocharger).

The Sakura head wear for example provides the Attribute, your Vitality provides the Influences as well as various Hacker abilities like Execute Program for example.

Ah I see the difficulty, I appoligize for the confusion as. Any items that are either missing or appear in your inventory as gray icons are simply not converted yet. It is not the intension that items of any kind be removed. In this case it is simply that they items you are missing are simply not converted yet. Once we announce that item conversion is completed and you find that a copied character is indeed missing abilities or items this would be a bug. So please /bug it after we make an announcement that items are finished.

I knew items were being converted.  What I don't think any of us knew was that many items would disappear entirely.  It was a bit...difficult to be a duelist when I had no guns left in my inventory, and couldn't craft replacements.  I figured that anything with attribute bonuses would be switching over to influence bonuses, but this was not the case, rather these items simply disappeared.  Also, many items that had no attribute bonuses switched into entirely new buffs with very little rhyme or reason.  I noted all of the known issues before beginning my reporting, but these issues did not seem to be addressed by that document.  Perhaps the Known Issues list should be updated to better reflect the realities of the QA Server.
