Yes, Execute Program will work great for IS regen.
Execute Program does NOT increase your IS regen rate. You need an active buff on yourself to get any bonus from that ability. Execute Program gives a 10% IS regen rate BONUS. Meaning any actual buff that increases IS regen will grant 10% more IS regen on account of execute program. And the only buffs that increase IS regen for a player are the title buffs down the Network Hacker tree of Virologist. eg Network Attacker, Script Kiddie and Network Hacker.
Yeah, I think I got it the first time, thanks.

1. What do you use: Martial Arts, Guns, MKT, Hacker? 2. You can try boosting your defenses against those attacks with Quicksilver gloves and/or Trolls Hide. 3. Try getting more resistances against all 4 attack types. 4. With MA, Guns, MKT, Hacker, there are attacks/debuffs that lower your enemy's resistance and/or defense. Use those attacks with others in combos to add more damage.

Sniper's hit or miss. If you miss, you're going to have to either jump and try again or die. Depends if you like getting *CENSORED*-talked too or not. Unless of course, you sacrifice some damage to have interlock moves, but if you're using Sniper, it's a great possibility that you're overly outnumbered to begin with and interlock is pointless.
It is the ultimate support class, offensively. Yes, I get smack talked a lot since I have to run and conceal in different locations, but that's the payoff. While it has amazing damage and range, you have no Interlock prowess, and it takes a long time to set up. Plus, like you mentioned, you always have the chance to miss, and when that happens, you're screwed, but I usually continue to free fire and hope I get Staggered for TRB. If I see anyone home in on me, I jet and repeat.
I guess I'm the only sniper that doesn't run or jump. lol I just try and duke it out with whatever is trying to IL me.

You're not alone Gerik, the only reason I load HJ with my sniper loadout is for hyperspeed so I can keep up with runners/jumpers.
BTW, Sniper Shot --> Jump = No Skill.
FALSE, especialy if ur rifleman/sniper,,obviously 90% of the time u'll get ownd in IL i come back and kill
Yes, a sniper gets owned in IL, acutally, no. If you run your stats right and your LO too (does not mean you'll do a Rifleman/Duelist crossLO), you can evade and escape IL (at least in a 1 on 1 situation (e.g. you get seen when sneaking in)) even with broken shields (considering you don't get zerged, but nobodie's shielded from that). Remember, not getting owned in IL means that you do no get killed while in it, that does not imply that you HJ every time someone even faces in your direction just to avoid the possibility of getting into IL. A Riflemens strengths surely lies in long range superiority and brute firepower, surely not in jumping high. Riflemen/sniper provides still enough memory for sufficient defense in IL so you can withdraw in time. Snipers who play right can take down a MKT 1 on 1 "easily" (considering they do not snipershoot first, too). Saying "FALSE YOU HAVE TO JUMP TO THE NEXT NEIGHBOURHOOD" does not actually show any skill in using that tree from your side. Anyone can do a blue-snipershot, barely anyone can fight with Rifleman/sniper properly nowadays.
Also: Fastest way for a kill -> /suicide. KTHX BYE
Edit: Bah, can't even type correct coherent sentences after too much homework. I'm too worn out to correct this >_<
Okay, thanks for explaining nothing new.
Read the first post. This wasn't meant for you or anyone who knows how to snipe. What he said was a responce to the post above him and for anything who's recently turned 50 or has never sniped, which was what the OP was asking before he finally put up he was a MKT.

wow...I have a 50 on Syntax...maybe a 10 on Vector. I don't think I have a char on Recursion...I can't believe some of you pay for two accounts...I barely have the funds to keep one account open (damned college and your expenses)
I also can't believe that you guys actually level so much. It took me like almost three years to hit 50 (granted I've played off and on since beta, but still!). I don't know where you guys find the time and money but feel free to share.
Levelling a character isn't really that bad, after the first one the second one is easier, then the third even better. Honestly the key to it is getting over a certain hump (I was talkin' to Delicho about this =P). For example, for Del it was lvl 35 or so because then you can mission in Richland again and your hyper speed is effective enough to make the missions go easier.
For myself it's about the same, being able to do all the archive missions in Richland provides a TON of xp and you level a lot faster than with standard missions. However, the first real hump for me is level 25 because that's about the level when most NPC's in International aren't a problem and also when you get hyper speed. ^_^
Either way it's really not that bad, one other important tip would be to not burn yourself out too quick, there were times on my vector character when I'd be grinding for 4-6 hours straight and getting about 2+ levels at a time in the mid-high levels. By the time I was done I'd be so sick of missioning I wouldn't log on the character again for weeks, sometimes even months. Best thing to do I find is so simple, one level a day, save 2-3 days each for whichever constructs you want (I personally only get 1 bandana in Yuki and only spend a considerable amount of time in Sakura and Widow's Moor).
Yeah, once you reach lvl33, it gets easier from being able to mission in Richland and having enough memory to load Download Mission Maps in your mission loadout.

I usually use Duelist, mixed with Rifles and SMGs. Duelist is kinda like Gun's Aikido, its more defensive than the others, plus gives a bit of Initiative.
For Sniper/Rifles load-out, I load all of Sniper, most of Expert Riflemen and the Dual Handguns/SMGs passive buffs for extra damage and accuracy and wear that brown misene trench, Squad Leader's Shirt, Quicksilvers, Yuki Bandana, Widow's Moor Lenses and Seraphims. 1,000 - 1,200 is usually the average damage people do when sniping, which is a good amount. You can probably kill someone with that and two Riflemen moves afterwards.

Another option would be one many of us have already gone through with the transition to SOE. The story was put on hold to work on bugs and many other aspects of MxO. I would be more than happy to continue paying even if it meant I would not be able to play for X amount of time. However, I would only do this if the MxO site stayed online and had regular detailed updates on progress and what was being added/tested etc. It would also have to be an expansion pack size addition i.e. new areas, drivable vehicles, new abilities, massive combat fix etc. If they would put the Storyline on hold or lowered LEs to fix some of things in the game, I'd still pay to play. Adding vehicles isn't really needed... nor new areas. For now, I'd stick with fixing the bugs in MxO.
