I know that the Machinists have the FM-1500, so what would be the equivalent for the Zionites and the Merovingian? I know i'm not the only one who'd like to see what the other organizations have to offer.

I've always had a problem with only having one bow in game, that's modeled after the one used in Karate. Would it be too much trouble to implement a new bow modeled after southern Kung Fu styles like the one that Seraph uses in Reloaded? Just bring the left hand together with the right, one clenched in a fist, the other clasped over the left, signifying power and control.

You may have heard of the Olympics which took place on Vector a few weeks ago. Very good turn out. Alot of people have come together from all organizations to put together the Syntax Olympics. It won't work exactly like Vector Olympics, simular though. We will have a series of tournaments: Master Knife Thrower, Gunman, Martial Arts, Offensive Hacker (no patcher), 4 v. 4 PvP, freestyle, and "best of the best". Each person will be representing their own faction. No stand-ins. If you win an event, you will recieve a prize and points to your faction.

The first tournament will take place on November 4th, 4pm Pacific, Debir Court. This segment is restricted to MKT and Master Assassin. Absolutely no Master Shadow, buffs, pills or Mobius Code.

The next event in the tournament will be announced shortly after the conclusion of the MKT bout. You can send your entry fee to "Barbara" (who was kind enough to host this event), anytime up to an hour before the start of the match. The first 16 people to sign up for each match will be entered. Maximum 4 people per faction. 1st place = 3 points, 2nd = 2 points, 3rd place = 1. It's first come first serve people and the registration begins NO EARLIER than Monday, the 30th.

The price per person for this event is 1 million $info.

I was wondering which trees are in high demand and what the going price on an entire one fully lved would be since I have em all....and I defiitely don't use em all.

I know that alot of people are really attached to Mara and all as the center of life in MxO, PvP and otherwise but don't you guys think that the scenery is getting a little old? I say we actually make a concious effort to move the activity to a new area. Any suggestions? I'm really a fan of Park East downtown, Rogers Way westview, Ikebukuro international, and Camon in richland. Honestly, it wouldn't take that much effort for the 50's to commit to this. Just click a different hardline to jack into when you first long in.

I can't help but wonder how many martial artists the MxO community has. Give your Martial Art, why you take it, started taking it, any upcoming tournaments, etc. Maybe some of us can bring some of the non MA's into it or set up some rl sparring. SMILEY

I'm a Kung Fu stylist. I started out in Shotokan Karate, went to Tae Kwon Do, and have now settled with a school of three teachers that basically incorporate everything i could ever want from a martial art. One specializes in Long Fist, one in Jow Ga, and one is a Olympic Bronze Medalist in Muay Thai and San Shou. I've been thining about mixing in some Jeet Kun Do but as for now, I think I have all bases covered. SMILEY

Both of my computers are out of commission for a little bit. One will be back in maybe 3 days and the other, non crappy one might have a motherboard problem. Basically, i'm unable to get any feed to the monitor whatsoever. I've tried everything. -_- Maybe if one of you out there were to submit a few suggestions before I return the motherboard for a new one, i could find out the problem but other than that...yeah. Hopefully the no computer withdrawl won't get too bad. SMILEY

I think the BS meter on Syntax is overflowing lately and i'm sure that you're probably tired, having to stay up until 5 AM locking threads down over and over and over again. basically i need to know what settings I should have running on firefox to keep my name logged into the forums while i'm playing MxO, or overnight, out doing something, etc. I see tons of clairvoyant ranks and transcendants, but I can't get my forum account to stay in for an extended period of time without ti logging out.

Every piece of clothing in game looks like it has a glitchy haze over it. Kinda like a bad television signal. It doesn't do this for a few items, but others- especially machello types of clothing really get it bad. Those old red MA pants got it bad too. I notice that whenever I put on a boucher coat over it, since it cover the shirt up a little bit the problem will be removed. No fixing the pants though. Anyone know of any drivers for a PCI card (not PCI express because my comp is **bleep**ty :/) Radeon 9820 that could fix this problem? Or should i just wait until I get an new computer to do anything about it?

I am looking to have a signature made with very specific specs.

I want a being with long angelic wings standing on top of an elevated structure, all in matrix code. The person should be yellow code and his surroundings green. The code in general should have hidden words in it: Sin, Nephillim, Fallen, Rebirth, Frenchman, Fear, Pain, Sorrow, Prince, and Forsaken. That's about it. Someone contact me whlie in game or though this thread if you're interested in taking this on. Thanks alot in advance.

As some of you may know, Sin has has gone through many transformations over the history of MxO and we've stuck it out. We recently had a cleaning out of members. As of now Sin's one and only leader is me, Nephillim. We will be opening recruiting soon and accepting new members. Our requirements are as follows:

- No cliche or "generic" names please. We don't want anyone with the name "kicksassjoe1000" running around with a Sin tag.

- You must have experience with MxO's engine. We don't mind low levels but you have to be a dedicated player. Absolutely no alts.

- You have to be an all around amiable person. We've had members who mouth off quite a bit in the past and that has led up to problems between members.

- We do RP but faction chat is strictly OOC. It is a channel meant for information exchange and help in general. RP sometimes brings out the worst in people and we want to have a channel that's on the level.

- You have to be able to pull your own weight. If you're lv 20, we won't expect you to go player vs. player but if someone needs assistance and you happen to have revitalize at lv 24, do lend a hand.

- We have a uniform for non pvp occasions, meetings, etc. When we have a meeting, which is rare, please do wear it. All other times when a commanding officer asks, it is also mandatory.

- Respect rank. It;s there for a reason. Also, rank is not decided on lv, it is decided by loyalty and activity. If you're a lv 30 and you've been in Sin longer than someone who is new and a lv 50 (who has not had prior dealings with Sin), speak up. You have seniority.

How many of you out there are sick of these other wannabe Merovingian factions that don't embrace the decadent nature of the organization? Are you sick of factinos that break apart after only a short run? Maybe you're looking for a faction that has alot to offer to high and low levels alike?
