Well went to login today and got the Authenticating Failure. Had a similar problem last month and had to resub even though it should do it automatically. So checked my account and it says next payment is due today (29th). So i thought np i will just resub. So i did and the total amount was £18.99 LESS Discount £18.99 amount due zero. Anyone else had or seen this problem. Tried a different card, same thing. Any help would be great.
