Has anyone ever thought about how boring MxO would be without the Hyperjumping mechanic? It's annoying when someone bases their entire PvP strategy on the move, but I think that the mechanic itself makes PvP in MxO worth anything at all.

After dealing with it for so long, you're going to eventually find ways to counter the problem. Looking back on years and years of protest about hyperjumping in PvP, I'm dissapointed that we're not already past that point.

Learn again. Start off with MA and then move to Gunman, and then finish off rounding off your understanding of the Operative trees. After that, move to Heal/Hack loads, and continue on. Look at the people around you and the tactics that they employ.

And by people, I don't mean Zionites.

I'll assume you meant "annoyed *at* griefing".

And I don't /ccr people lightly. I can put up with a lot of annoyance before I turn the key and press the red /ccr button. Griefmas didn't quite rise to that level of harassment. It just came off to me like a once-a-year holiday for griefers to run amok and tick off other people .. fine, haha, they had their little fun. Now we can go back to being a non-hostile server again.

I think that the few changes to the MKT tree could be taken in stride if it weren't for the current bugs. When we get a few of the fixes for things like punt and suplex not working, and throat cutting throw not activating in interlock, then i'll be content. Maybe moving the lag back to downtown instead of just Mara C would help a little as well. : /

Other than that, good stuff.

Perhaps we should be looking for what all of his victims have have in common? Any similar history? Heightened neurokinetics? Maybe people that have come into contact with Unlimits in incidents in the past? I doubt he'd be so selective in who he attacked if he were all that insane. I know I wouldn't.

This is the best event that I've ever participated in. Everyone couldn't help but be affected by it, and it definitely made a wave throughout the entire server. Excellently orchestrated. Good work Rarebit.

I'd like to point out that I have never once had this problem on Syntax. I log into Vector with my lowbie and start grinding, and I'm hard pressed to get it activated even once.

I think the main point of these items are to signify exceptional involvement with the story. Although it's not as visually appealing as others, it's a badge worth having nonetheless.
