By all means keep Syntax, those are your people we all understand that, even the 2 guys at each others throats, but on your tax' down time maybe you can have some fun.

The hunting down lowbies thing is a thing of the past for the most part.  When I see a lowbie now of another org I practically bend over backwards to help them, we need all the people we can get   I think a good amount of Vectorites have this same state of mind and are always open to have new players come onboard.  Besides, that person might make a nice opponent one day.

Besides my philosophy has always been if I'm not specifially PvPing and I'm going about my business I wont attack you unless you attack me first, no matter if your a 50 or a lowbie.

And even then, a total nub lvl 3 attacked me in Uriah the other day, could have easily attacked back but I let him swat at my shield for a while and advised him it wasn't generally a good idea to attack a red lvl 50.  He got the message and left after a minute or two

Can't say enough of how awsome vectors community is. I had a blast, and when I needed a dj and some help, vector came to contribute. I know of no other community that goes this far to make an event something to remember. Another great and fun party thanks you to guys.

And for this I will set up a party every other week in conjuction with Mana's fight nights.

I have never really pvped much as I should. And I almost NEVER kill  lowbies. Guess i screwed myself on that one. Either way I think i will this time. BTW I dont want to flame here, and I wont. My frustration got the better of me tonight. GFs to all either way. I dont agree with the hj, buff and come back. However, against superior odds, I suppose its almost needed to stay alive. It was getting downright silly. GJ for the build woken, but I wil NEVER agree with it. It was still fun enough to continue pvping.

Ok So far I got a good list. I will make sure they get to you guys. I had to make a new crew today to make room for two more recruits.

And true, maybe 1 out of 5 make it to 50, but if the factions work hard at this stuff, you would be amazed at how many we retain. I know we get burned sometimes. I have quite a few. In the end though, they get help, they leave the faction to become another org, they are still playin right?

Look, in the short 4 days I have spent actually recruiting and helping lowbies, I have recruited 9, count them , NINE new recruits that have never played on another server. All of which have subbed from the free trial to stay on in Troopers, because of the fact there were people there that cared about the lowbies. I even found 7 lowbies from other servers on to check out vector, and are planning on staying on board, that did NOT join my faction.

Simple, if you feel like your faction is dead, then do something about it. Either ask to be a captain in my faction to help me bring more of these guys in, or work on your recruiting. They are there. If you need help finding them, mach, merv, or Zion, I will be happy to send them  your way to make sure they get to the right people. Remember, this is what TR was good about. We love the community, and want a rich environment full of matrixy bad guys and fun times with people.
