Cyther is dead and he has an org named after him so I guess if there was a smith org/faction they will support what he did and not smith himself. They would want someone else to become the negative part of the equation and somehow overcome the positive part of the equation (the 'One') to take over the matrix. But it wouldn't make sense because it's no benefit to them and they would end up losing what they've got.

Ill give you a hint-Watch the Original Movie, and pay attention to what Smith says while Interrogating Morpheus-and compare it to the reason Gray attacked Humans for. And, Smith's BODIES are dead, but there were Fragments of them Scattered throughout the MegaCity, and these "Smith ViableFrags" are still active.

And yes, a Smith Org would be possible, and they would possibly Try to Find these "Smith ViableFrags" and craft them into a functioning incarnation of the Smith Virus, whilist trying to hinder the Machines  deletion of the "Smith ViableFrags", and the view of them as Extremists is a good touch. But some questions-Who would be Their Mission Controller, who would give them Captain Status, What would their mission Item's be(Both regular and Reward), WHAT WOULD THEY BE CALLED!?!?!

A common misconception is that bullet time is somehow slowing or speeding up time.
Time is not affected.

Agents (and Neo) dodge bullets by moving super-fast. They don't speed up time, they just have inhumanly fast reflexes, and that movement is portrayed as blurring because the eye theoretically doesn't track movement that fast.

It's styled in the movie and the game as slow-downs for pure style, and so we can see what's going on.
A 'bullet timer' might have the perception that time around him has slowed down, but he/she is simply moving faster than everything else around them. It's not that strange - a Formula 1 driver for example can plunge down a straight at 200MPH, slow down, kiss the apex of the first turn of a chicane at 90MPH, readjust course, hit the next apex and be out again onto the rest of the circuit.
To us, it looks crazily fast and almost out of control, but ask any F1 driver and he'll tell you that time has the perception of slowing inside the cockpit, and although they're doing insanely high speeds, they have enough time to rationalise the situation and make decisions as if they were standing still.

In the Animatrix, mankind nuked 01 several time to try to get rid of the machines.  The narrator said that the machines weren't affected because they weren't as frail as the humans.  I mean I can understand that, I can buy that.  However, machines are electrical devices, and any nuclear blast will have an EMP explosion.  How did the machines survive the EMP blast?  I know one theory is that they have optical wiring which isn't affected by an EMP blast, but if that's true, then how come they didn't put them in the squiggy?

Ok, so we know that Seraph was a Seraphim, a form of Agents in the Paradise Matrix.  We also know that in the current version of the Matrix that Agents are human looking male and female dressed in white buttoned up shirt, with black tie (with a tie clip) and a black coat.  However, what about the "Hell" Matrix?  Who were the Agents there?  Personally I think the Twins used to be Agents of the "Hell" Matrix.  Mainly because in Reloaded, they spoke like Agents and their glasses are similar to the Agents of the current version of the Simulation. 

Agents In the Matrix V2.0(Hell Matrix) may have come in many forms, such as:

Ok so let's assume for a moment that we are all religious and believe in a heaven. Would a Machine/Program/Exile go to heaven? If so or if not, why?

Doesn't matter which religions as they all have somewhat different takes on it, just make sure to state which one.

To start us off I'll bring up Christianity and ask a  few questions. Now the Christian faith believes that it is only through an acceptance of ones incapability to atone for their wrong doings and reliance upon God and his son Jesus to make that atonement that one would be allowed into heaven.

Now with just a first glance one would say yes because all that is needed for this to take place is a program running that has the Machine believe such. But would this be enough let alone is it a real belief or not just some programmed one? This then steps into other religious beliefs that good works are what gets you in, but if a program has one set of rules and is incapable of doing wrong does this still apply? They are not doing it for God or for others but only because they are programmed to do such.

This works the other way to. Say a program is created to be unable to depend on God for salvation or is incapable of doing "good". Are they to be blamed for there misdeeds?

I can talk to the Effectuator without an induced migrane and Hyper-Jump from The Slums to the Barrens.
