I see another contection between us Kwanon: I too started with MxO on launch day and played until right after the "attack of the giant Fly Monster". I also had played previously on the QA server (last year). I transfered my account from WB to SOE in Feb of this year. I can play live, like you, and continue to get Authentication server failure (for my login name and password) I too believe it is on the server side and can be fixed or we can be authenticated to login by the developers.

I'm cannot access the test server and I was told to post here...

I cannot log onto EP Server, I get a failure to authorize each time I log in. Can help you with this.

Everyone in front my last post and most everyone after my last post got an answer. Please respond. I was told by NoRep that he cannot authorize a logon name and you guys can. Please allow me access to the EP server.

Yes it does. I just copyed and pasted the above to the useropts.cfg

and the launcher still will not authorize. Says user name and password incorrect, when I know it is not (it is not atleast on the live server of Syntax) :smileysad:

Again, I am having the SAME issues...I can play the live server, I can /copychar, I cannot log onto the test server with the same name and password that I use for the live game.

TrueHumanity had the same encounter with PvtReese.....nearly word for word except at a Richland Subway entrance.

I play on Syntax and would love to test out the EP Server. May I ask for one of you to aurthorize my Log In name to play on the EPServer? My log in name is devem0002 and my Character's name is Devem. Please advise if would do this for me to test out the great things ahead for MxO.

It's everyone. The believe is that the servers are resetting.

Here is what happens that prevents me from playing on the EP server:

Click on MxO Test World

the EULA comes up and I accept

ZionOS ccc9 Launch version v40.0036 and Client v7.5464

I log in my Station name and password

and i get the following message:

Authenticating...Failure. Your username and password is incorrect.

I have log in many times to make SURE that my name and password is in right. It is entered correctly.

Then i go to the Regular server and log in to the real game with the name and password the EP server would not take.
