((This is where I will explain all of my characters. Their connections to one another and just basically a mental release of all the RP Archived in my brain)) Tranque The Philosophe- Tranque The Philosophe is a psychologist, surgeon, philosophe, and even regarded as a madman by his enemies. He is the core persona of the Tranque and considered to be the True Tranque.
Officer Dwight Nelson- Strict and Militant in nature, Officer Nelson controls not only Tranque's inner desire for stability and order, but all of Tranque's hovercraft operations as well as In-Matrix gang control. He also delves into Recon and Information Extraction.
Seville Martine-Seville Martine is the formal Accountant and Real Estate manager of the Aeria Gloris and personal accountant to Tranque. He balances everything he sees in if its profitable or not, or a persons worth by their financial status. He is obsessed with anything that can increase the profit margin and decrease the amount of "Expendetures" as he calls anything that slows or hinders the cash flow. Seville controls Tranque's Mathematical and Financial Aspects. You can sometimes find him transcribing the Stock Tickers Downtown, or testing properties code stability.
Trank The Dealer-Trank The Dealer is an odd one of the bunch. While the other two entities are relatively strict, he is quite layed back. He tends to only appear when a party is in progress or if a business deal regarding illicit substances, is going to occur. His accent is cockney for reasons undisclosed and is normally a bartender who serves the most Unique Drinks of all the Megacity.
-------------------------------------------------------
Vera Siecle - Veraci is a determined old woman whose life had been addled by small joys. When those joys were taken away she was forced into working herself in the matrix under the merovingian and enjoys her work as she feels it brings justice to the death of her sons. She has wise advice and a weathered disposition on life but is quick to help others maternally and as a guide. Lalani Skye - A Rastafarian Hippie, with naturally yellow eyes. Lalani was a jewel in the rough. With a good history with Tranque and deemed a vital part of the Achan neighborhood by the machines, she was a self substantiated who was not to be awakened. She never wanted to be either. She claimed she was freer inside the matrix than she ever would be is she was pulled into the Real and into Political Struggles. She also claims she was "Not dreaming, but not awake and in chains" She had semi-unnatural abilities involving brews and being able to see inside constructs in the reflections of her boiling pots. Velvet Valour - The Leader of the Azbectane Succubi. She hails from a construct called Azbectane where all of a persons carnal desires and fleshed out and physically manifested around them. A sect of succubi run Azbectane and live there. Velvet comes to the matrix seeking Tranque's aide and in the process acts as cupid with insipid virus's creating euphoria and aphrodesiac effects with a mere touch. Very fun, very crazy character. Ernest J. Rutherford - This is one of my most literally crazy characters I've played. Ernest was born from a bluepill/exile couple. The Exile of course was a stepfather but he loved Ernest dearly and upon his death Ernest went quite mad. (Full story is under Blues if you search it) Ernest then became Tranque's operator due to his need for extraction and his immense skills given due to his obsessive compulsive disorder. He is said to see an Agent appear in a bluepill at least two minutes before visual signs appear. The Dormouse - Marcy was an exile daughter of Tranque Bourdeaux. Let's face it. Nobody likes Marcy Bourdeaux. She was never supposed to be liked. She rebelled against her father Tranque Bourdeaux when a dispute rang between them involving how the exiles fate will be saved from Deletion Lists. She decided becoming an integral part of the system within the system would be the fastest route, while the doctor pursued more outward methods. Obsessed with Fashion, Choppers, and a general Materialism, she is armed with heavy emotional defenses and never lets her guard down. Vivian Le Blanc - Human daughter of Tranque Bourdeaux, and former psychologist. She used to be a functioning psychologist but her medications were faulting and she began to administer electric shock to many patients who did not need it. Ever since her license was revoked she remains in the real, medicating weekly and working as an in-house psychologist. Her mental issues stem from her murdering her mother in a schizophrenic blackout of violence.
Josefina Bourdeaux - Another exile daughter of Tranque Bourdeaux created to be a beautiful gem in a hell of a world. Instead she fell prey to a group of succubi and was lured into luring and killing men. After creating a sufficient ruckus the Merovingian took and imprisoned her. Tranque paid much of her sentance off and she was given community service, a job in La Vrai and house arrest. After being completely freed she is said to be the most stable and no-nonsense of the sisters. She owns Sharpe Jewelers and has a large share in Girly Jeans (Only to irritate Marcy though). ------------------------------ Unseen Boris Kalishnakov - A large man in his 40s. Taller and more muscular then Vic The Sim, this man is a force to be reckoned with. He punches marble statues for combat practice and guards the Aeria Gloris Trading Post on Segur with extreme vigilance. He also holds intelligence which is unexpected by most due to his silence. Close relationship with Helena Romanski Helena Romanski - An old woman, with a Romanian Accent. Opera singer and used to be a professional spy. She and Tranque had been good friends for years. She oversees the trading done by the Aeria Gloris and other parties. Marcy Bourdeaux looks up to her as a mother-figure.

To Sieges and the Familia: This has been the best RP group I have ever been in to date, I will remain in it as such. Thank you for everything, the memories, the lessons, and every one of you have helped me shapre Tranque into what he is today. To Zippy: You have made Tranque facepalm more than anyone else. Congratulations.
To The Trust: As I have said eloquently in the past "If you find yourself with a greivious head injury and join zion, they are where to go" which is generally the closest thing to a compliment Tranque will ever allow. But from me, as a person, you were terrific RPers and did well to lend yourself to the RP of others. To Ilyria: You have always handled situations maturely, the ones I have seen you in, and have RPed cooperativly and skillfully. Thank you as well for making the Rp experience great. To Toluca: Tranque had always considered you high in his regards as to people he respected. You were one of the people that I knew when I PMed I would always have an interesting RP with. To Alytheia: Ever since our initial letter of introduction you put up with all of Tranque's tireless and unneccesary formalities, you are polite and for the time we have had you, you have done splendidly. To Naidian: You have put up with Tranque more than a lot of people would have, and that itself deserves respect. Also you had an indepth story that deserves praise.

With all the huge sympathy I have both for Tranque and Villemar, I don't buy the "I'm not rich, I can't afford" part. Let's see. I live and earn money in Ukraine, which is very far from being the richest country in the world and which is officially the hardest hit by the current economic crisis in Europe. And still, with a relatively small revenue - compared to the US and EU, where even a frankly mediocre job makes people earn twice as much as I do - I can afford paying 15 bucks per month. So no, I won't believe people out there in US or EU can't afford paying 50 cents a day for a game they want to play. In my eyes, it's not a question of possibility/affordability, but a question of willingness. It's quite understandable you may not want to pay this price for a game with no new content. But please, do not say you can't/ because that doesn't sound too honest.
First of all,
I can afford it, but I would rather not pay the price for what I am receiving (or lacktherof). If you must know my single mother lost her job and is scrambling to reinstate her business and I have a minimum wage job to recoup for losses and give myself some pocket money (which ends up being quite minimal and covers mxo). I do not care where you are from quite frankly, I do not think you are in any position to inform me of what is of prominence on my or my families budget.I pay because it helps me releive stress and for recreation but if it ceases to amuse me or relieves stress it isnt worth the money, in economic terms.
Secondly, any form of story creation tools would be a step in the right direction.

I mean the thoughts of spamming their email with letters crossed my mind but I realized it really would do no good because: A) They have no direct email B) Thats not the most polite way to handle things But then again how can you try to explain to them our dissatisfaction if we have nowhere to actually express it. They do not look at the forums. So where do they look? Thats what I am curious about.

First and foremost, I am a devoted MXO Player, its simply the fact that I cannot afford to pay 15 dollars a month for lack of content. I am not rich, if they lowered it to five dollars, that would be fine, but they show no intent on doing so. Secondly, the community is important to me, Recursion RP is not dead its just scattered, the Barnsley RP is quite fun, and each RP Faction I assume has a lot of internal RP going on. But there are no more large scale public Rp (Although I do try to involve as many people as possible in mine to hopefully help and make up for lacktherof of LET)
Believe me, I am the last person to want to leave, I love this game, I adore the community, its just the aformentioned issues I will have if there is no change. To be honest, I hate all of the Other MMO's out there, I am not an elfy, galactic space type person, I prefer MXO because of the grittiness, I am not interested in COH or COV because I'm not interested in superhero/villain cliche, I stay with MXO because of the atmosphere, the RP, the Community, and I really will need some form of developers to be the foundation for me staying. There is only so much we RPers can do. We have no story tools, we barely have any tools. And it will be a matter of time before the tools we do have run thin and our ideas begin to lessen. We need some form of content, that is all I am saying and we need someone to give it to us.

Eh I know the topic is quite redundant but its quite better then SOE Y U NO DEV 4 US? Regardless that dialogue is on par with the current situation. To be frank I am being gracious and giving SOE six months to either establish a developer or cut the game before I leave. If by six months there is silence I will taking my funds elsewhere.

Hm, I decided this in my head a good thirty minutes ago "Complaining on the forums will not notify SOE of their neglect, why don't I just send them an email, which will most likely be swiftly discarded, but at least it will feel as if I made some form of a difference." Lo and behold, there is absolutely noone to send the aformentioned email to, it is like a brick wall except worse. All I could find was the press publicist who is also that of The Agency, but I figured she really doesn't even know that MXO exists if this is the ehh publicity we have been getting.
So I Imagine we are just left waiting until we get any form of response. Joy.

I reccommend if you need a good order to get them in, get The Pitt first. Anchorage isnt bad though, its simply less falloutesque and more combat centered. I, myself, have taken to modding fallout 3 for the pc a tad and its quite fun, I have two mods up already but im pondering for new ideas.

Might I take this conjuncture to remind everyone the definition of a funeral. - Main Entry:
- 2funeral
- Function:
- noun
- Etymology:
- Middle English funerelles (plural), from Middle French funerailles (plural), from Medieval Latin funeralia (plural), from Late Latin, neuter plural of funeralis, adjective
- Date:
- circa 1512
1: the observances held for a dead person usually before burial or cremation Observances that are normally in Honor of the deceased. Hence my point comes.. If you do not have respect for the deceased, do not attend a funeral. As much as many disagree with the mans actions, his goals, or his actual.. damage, He still had been but a man at one time and had/have people who love and respect him. When any family member, or rather faction member, goes astray, it is hard on everyone. But you never stop loving someone who is estranged, no matter how severe their actions may be. In short, due to my inability to attend I would like to pay my respects to the man that Neoteny was, and my condolences that his estranged path couldn't be mended. I am glad that his reign is over, I simply wish his stoic spirit could have been edged towards resolution. Regardless, that is all I have to say on the matter. Good day.

(Spoilers) Yes, I also found a couple with bottles of buffout on their bedside, the couple were two skeletons in bed embracing. Another lovely scene is when you enter an abandoned townhouse and there is a house robot, and if you click "Read bedtime poem" it goes to a bunkbed and starts reciting a poem to two childrens skeletons. And the poem is extremely morbid compared to the "reality" of the situation.

PC and 360 Both 20s and I use the geck frequently So far in the Geck I have refurnished some shacks (and made one), and made two new drugs, Cyanide and Ecstasy(It has the Glowing One radiation burst effect and dramatically increases rad level.) I have tried making a mission but the system is a tad difficult and it takes some getting used to.
Generally my characters are neutral or dead evil. 360: BUnch but what I can think of now? Making the Rivet City mother lose her child by telling the child "Your mother drinks because of you" or something like that. PC: Ms. Montgomery one of my PC characters is an old southern white woman (Old Races mod), with a long doublebarrel shotgun and a rivalry with Wilhelms Wharf's Grandma Sparkle.
She then enslaved Grandma Sparkle and took up shop in there.
Other interesting conquests are Gary Gausman, an insane Police Officer of Springvale who is trying to "Collect Civilians" AKA Enslaving people and making them live in the Springvale Fallout Shelter.
