Also when i got recalled by Seraph at the Assassin event to receive my mask i jumped away twice (and had to be recalled back twice) because i thought i had just gotten kicked from the area due to lag >_> it was my 1st time to get recalled ever lol..

MxO was my first MMO, I was playing "Delta Force" or something like that for the pc.. then my friend got me hooked on to the whole PVP aspect of the game.  He said "Screw that RP crap, who wants to play in fairy land! Lets go pwn some noobs."   Ahh from there it was numerous talks with GM's about my language.. then it was the big "B" x2...

WorldWalker, this is how I was able to get mine to launch.  I'm only assuming your using the station launcher to launch the game?  If you are, go into your computer to where you installed the game.  Usually by default it's C:\ProgarmFiles\Sony\MatrixOnline.  In that folder look for the "launcher.exe" | Right click "Sent to: Create Shortcut to desktop"  | Double click on the new shortcut.  Matrix window loads up.  Make sure the "Patch full system check" is on.  Launcher will restart. Click on accept.  Once again, click on the "Patch full system check" is on.  Enter in account info, click accept.  Once all this is complete log into game.  It worked for me.

Did you follow "Archduke's suggestions on the problem.  These problems take time to solve.  It's only 12:28 AM here on the Pacific Coast.. Most every one is in bed....

If i keeps giving you the message, PM TSR-ChrisL with this info, quoted from him:

"You need to PM me your station name, server, character and last 4 of the card for verification. Just a reminder please remember that I am only in the office monday through friday from 10:00 AM PST to 7:00 PM PST. I do try to get this fixed as quickly as I can though when I do receive a PM."

Welcome to the same boat.  Please keep your arms, and legs inside this boat.  At times your ride may encounter various difficulties.  

    Have you tried a CS ticket to try and resolve the problem?

My first character was Freequency.  I wasn't sure what name I wanted, although I knew I wanted to align with Zion.  I also wanted something that was in refrence to wave length, because of the symmetry to being "jacked into" or "teleported."  I tried Frequency, but to no avail, it was taken.. so sitting and thinking of a name, I went with Freequency.. There's one where if you go from using Pistol Aerial into Controlled Burst, Controlled Burst has a very high chance of locking up, draining the IS but not doing the ability/damage/animation. I've normally put it down to the timer on the ability and it's animation with the 4 second round of interlock, the ability either being too quick or slow for that round...but I don't really know. Dual Pistol Execution is one that freequently breaks too.

As Aquatium said, the fix for this specific issue is just to leave combat and re-enter it. It's still a pain, though.
