DuelBlade lvl29 - Recursion

I've had this character since the game came out. I really need to get him to 50.

I'm talking to support right now, and it seems that MxO was completely removed from my account. They don't even have my CD key in their system. Here is part of our chat.

TSR Kevin F.: I'm going to escalate this to our platform team have the game added onto your account again. This is the first time I've seen this issue before and honestly do not have any ETA for this.

I've noticed that the removed MxO from my Subscriptions Info page. Did they do that to anyone else?

I resubbed on the 31st and I'm locked out too.

I love the captions you put at the top of them, nice touch. I think my favorite of those three is the bottom one, although I really like the other two also. If you do decide to do anymore, go ahead and try adding my name to it if you think it looks good. And yes that RSI's name is DuelBlade.

Games: Phantasy Star Universe, thats pretty much all I play right now, online at least.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I was just wondering how I could find out when and where the live events were going to happen. I've searched the forums and all I could find was info on events that had already happened. Am I just supposed to send a tell to the liaison officer and ask when events are going to happen?

Well, I just signed back up today and to my surprise, my character is still there! And I haven't played since a month after the game came out, so I don't think they delete characters. Although it was a beta account, I don't know if that would make a difference.
