Page file is too high. Try running a spyware removal and antivirus scan and then do a clean boot.

To perform a clean boot on your system:

1.Select the START button.
2.Select RUN.
3.Type in "msconfig" (without the ")
4.Press OK
5.Select the STARTUP tab.
6.In the list, uncheck all boxes EXCEPT for SCANREGISTRY and SYSTEM TRAY. If you use Windows XP, please note that SCANREGISTRY and SYSTEM TRAY will not be listed - just uncheck the entire list.
7.Hit apply and then OK. Restart the computer and start up MXO.

Your page file concerns me. Is MXO running when you compiled your dxdiag? If not, then that may be related to the problem.

Could you post your msinfo as well please?

Do you have to restart your computer when you freeze? Is it a stutter freeze? Does it eventually crash back to character select or desktop?

The screenshots are either reflecting a video driver issue, heat issue,
or a hardware issue. When you had your laptop reimaged, something
could have been damaged. It's been known to happen. Do you
have any other 3d intensive games that you play? Have you tried
them out?

Could you post a screenshot displaying the broken textures? A lot of times issues like this are due to overheating. Have you checked for that?

If you hadn't done this in the span of time from release until it became SOE then unfortunately, you're probably out of lack. Try contacting in game support and they'll let you know if they can do anything for you.

Your connection speed means little to nothing in situations like this. There could be some packetloss or ping issues on your ISP network (the faster connection) that isn't existant on the slower connection. You're likely going to want to contact your ISP and explain the situation.

Also, if you haven't done so, you may want to upgrade your routers firmware and temporarily disable your firewall.

Try running an antivirus scan and a spyware removal scan on your PC.

You also may want to consider uninstalling and reinstalling MXO on that PC.

Well, system performance and connection performance are two separate things. I think the OP's post was more towards system than connection. So if doing something to your router helps, then your lag was more connection related it seems.
