Deleting the file would work, but you could have also checked to see if it was Read Only and unset it if it was. " width="15" height="15" />

It did tell me what was up, so I went and checked all that. It's not a read only and it was unset so I deleted it. The patcher wasn't patching the file completely though so when it loaded the game it closed itself after trying to Initialise FX

I stole the file it was broked on from PBlade and switched it for my broken one. It workz now
