This picture was taken from one of my friend's traditional mexican weddings (No, I'm not Mexican- I'm Puerto Rican / Italian).
After the church ceremony, after the reception and mesa de honor event it's often time for the actual party. That's when this was taken. It's just during a marengue dance which is a hispanic (normally dominican) dance that involves throwing your hips from side to side. It's why he looks... well... like that. Usually the dance is with a partner.
And if you comment about my shoes I'll kill you.
