I think certain kinds of polls are against the ToS. Polling people to see what kind of weapon they use most often is clearly part of gameplay and therefore -probably- allowed.
Polling people about if they want to buy a new car, or who they voted for the in election, or something, might not be allowed.
I dont know how this stuff works.
