I'm trying to get PlanetSide to work for a long time now. Before, PlanetSide would launch, but it would crash due to my graphics card as it was not supported. So, we got a NVIDA GForce 9500 graphics card. I know it's not my graphics card as we have updated the drivers and everything. I just want to be able to play PlanetSide

None of the maps load. I tried creating new characters to see if it was one of the maps that my original character was on that was causing the problem, but it's all the maps. I don't get any error messages. I get the sound, but a black screen. Alt-Tab won't work, it just crashes the game.

Load into the server select screen, click options in the upper right hand corner, set your resolution to 800 x 600 and try to load into the game then
