Can someone validate/verify this?

If so, what would the stats be?

Would it be one per character or would it be one per account?

Last year's item was 1 per account to the character you registered with (they mail it to you in game)  Though you can have it moved once or twice via GM (I say twice because you don't really get a choice what character it gets mailed to).

I bought tickets for this but I found out I have to do an upgrade this weekend... I was going to meet my buddies there. Does anyone know if I can have a buddy pick up my package for the in game wyrm?
