Who are the best pvpers I am asking so i can bug them for help

I would say first whoever plays the most OP class, then it would narrow down to the person with the best gear in that class, then whoever can spam 3-4 buttons the fastest. Oh then who can have the most rows of buffs. there you will find the one. amirite??

If it's just about kills thencheck Active Frame or whatever the site is that has the Officer salute.  Keep in mind thought that "top pvpers" is often more than just one person, it's the group(s) that know how to communicate and play.
