I don't care one way or the other regarding the respawns.  I never used them.  But I do know one thing, bits used to cost around 900k each on my main server.  Now they are running around 3 mill each lol.  Hate to say I told ya' so, but... Well you get the picture.  Glad I stocked up and have around 1000 35s stashed away, not to mention the dozens of 35 modded suits of clothing and armor I have.  Too bad that other less fortunate players will have to struggle to attain the level of equipment I enjoy, and the worst part is, it didnt need to happen this way.

Then you're looking in the wrong places. Prices have gone up a wee bit sure, but if you look around nothing like that much. Pre-"nerf"(fix, kthnx), 35 suits sold for 30-40 mil, now they sell for 40-45. Woopdedo.

And there's no point suggesting to these people to try such and such a spawn, because if they can't park their toon on it and leave them there overnight or while at work, they dont care. They dont care you can amass huge quantities of junkloot through regular play either.

Funny how nobody mentions the MILLIONS of credits that could easily be had by camping those spawns AFK, the selling of stacks of junk loot was just a bonus.

PS, If actually ATK, running through megaspawn areas of legacy quests with a loot macro will probably net more junk loot anyway.

You need to take them rose colored glasses off sister.  Bit sets were 2 million for a 1st, 2nd and 3rg order before the spawn fix, they are now 9 million lol for the same 3 bits.  As I said, the change doesn't affect me, I have tons of bits, multiple suits, and more credits than air.  I'm just sorry many other players will have to struggle to attain the same.

what did it accomplish? well.. southern rori is now lag free as the afk campers and farmers have left with their non-stop afk macros.

Can you please explain how an AFK player causes more lag than an ATK player? How does someone who is AFK cause the servers to come under more load?

I rely on exploits and cry when they are taken away.

Wow, lol@you.

Using an AFK macro, which is fine, at a spawn that has worked the same for the entire duration of the game and only recently called a "bug" is an exploit. Right.

This put a good amount of low-level junk on the markets,

how is  100k for 1k of junk in any way discounted? And Let me make it clear we are talking about "junk Loot from low cl level NPC's" so how does that equate to 100 credits per item? when the NPC at most will drop 40 credits and if its not a manamal it will drop zero credits...not sorry to be the one to tell you that RE was never meant to be a mass producible entity ... but players being who they are immediately abused the system and then turn around an claim something has been taken from them LOL .. sorry to tell you ALL your never had the thing to begin with LOL TLR

Prices ranges change depending on server. While you may have to spend 9 million on one server, it doesn't mean that they cost 9 million on all servers.

First add I could find on Chim trade forums:Taking Orders +35 Sets 3mil per Each all kind of Attechments (no Internet for a few days)

Im sure there are servers where they cost more.

This can be done with inefficient loot macros containing zero pauses.  Multiply by dozens of "legitimate" junk looters or "illegitimate" credit farmers, and the server has a problem bandwidthwise.  Rori was especially bad in this case because of the large number of insta-spawns outside of Narmle and most of the server resources were dedicated exclusively to Restuss.

its latency that kills macros .. the lag produces time variances in real time that the macro program can not adjust to so over time the movements do not correspond to the actions intended... it's like a Japanese movie that has American voice over .. the lips do not match the audio track and so .. an example .... you have a macro that fires at target uses a special and heals your toon then loots the product ... after a wile your trying to loot before the creature even spawns and healing you self when you have zero damage and shooting at nothing.. confusing the client and the server making them both retransmit the data over and over until it is corrupted and dumped in favor of? yes you have guessed it more corrupted data TLR a Macro wizard from the old School SMILEY
