Figured, I'm waiting for a BF...why not make a thread. I'll start off, I love healing people, obviously...in every game I play, I always play the healer...it all started from about age 5, wanted to be a doctor, because of what they did for me. (Here comes the Boring Part.) When I was about 2 months old, I developed what is called - A Hemangioma, A hemangioma of infancy is a benign self involuting tumour of endothelial cells (the cells that line blood vessels). (Copied from Wiki.) And it was in my throat, preventing me from breathing without a "Treg." A thing that goes in your throat, and helps you to breathe. Anyways, ever since then I have always wanted to be a doctor, they saved my life so I figured maybe one day I can do the same! So that's another reason I play medic, the power to uphold your friends and allies in your group and in any world is a powerful thing. And I personally love it. Also, whenever I hit Bacta Spray and my group goes back to full health, I just about cream in my pants . So, why do YOU play medic?

because it reminded me most of PRE nge? I dont know, I just don't die as much as a medic as I did as an officer. I miss the damage though.
Core bomb > Bacta bomb.

The question is, why wouldn't you play medic?

Because I DO know the power of the Doc Side! Seriously, it goes well with BM and there's a lack of medics on my server, I played it for a long time since preCU.

This. I just can't see playing a class that has gimped or no healing any more. Too many years with Doc in the template.

Because we've been doing so much with so little, for so long, that we can do practically anything with nothing.

It's very satisfying keeping your group alive in PvP and instances, a good medic does make the difference between a win and a loose. I love it because it's not an easy prof to play well, theres alot more too it than macroing buffs or bacta spray. I hope you manage to realise your dream and become a doctor Treko
