By the way, if you think this kind of "ganking" is annoying, think of what happens in Restuss/Battlefields/Anywhere else daily? Gank, gank and more gank.
I would think that any situation that removes the implied challenge of the duel initiated by the Bounty Hunter is therefore an exploit.
I never sponsored clone camping or starport camping, and I could never condone this. Don't get me wrong, I'm FOR tactics and exploits, without which the game is boring. But this is just bad form.

Obviously Bounty Hunters can detect us in Battlefields. They just wait for us to load out at the designated drop points, and shoot us dead while we materialize slowly back. How dumb is this.
This has been in game forever... it's not an exploit.

Oh no, you died in a video game. The horror!!
Load ganking may be wussy, but it's not an exploit.
A cheap kill is a point of pride for BH's. I know because I used to be one. If you are a BH who load ganks, then you're playing the profession correctly.
Honor is the domain of the jedi. The BH will not be compromised by such constructs. Yin needs its Yang.
All is right with the world.
How dare you be so flippant! Don't you realise they lost an average of 5 minutes off their buffs because they died?!?
BH kills should wipe your buffs.
The best BHs are the ones that can track there target and remove them without taking any dmg. A BH job is not to hunt you for an hour to duel you and give up the element of suprise. There job is to take you out in the easiest manner possible. Giving your bounty a chance at winning the duel and avoiding the bounty is bad bhing.

OMG!!! Not the free buffs they got from their guilds BOT's!! Someone, dial 911, quick!!
Of course the easy answer to this particular problem for the marks is to have a random re-entry point from the Battlefields instead of a set point. After all it can take you from any point on any planet why can't it put you back there when your done or even just some random picked starport on any planet.

It may not be an exploit, but it is bad design. Seriously it's bad for the Marks, and it's bad for the BH's, how many times can a BH do this before getting really bored with the fact that there's no actual Hunt?

As long as it takes to earn 769316076435 mil credits. Remember they're Bounty Hunters, its not the hunt, it's just buisness.
Revenge of Bounty Hunters! ROFL (you go girls!)
become a smuggler and load gank the BH
Its only a matter of time till a 10-30 sec "out-of-combat" status becomes enabled whenever you transport or clone.
