ERROR：Unable to connect to the update service (2/80030002)

its the first time i play this game, when i went in the ONLINE option,

the system required me to update, but after the "Game Update Check" window appeared about 2-3 sec

the "ERROR：Unable to connect to the update service (2/80030002)" showed out

why? im using a non-firewall router to allow my PS3 connect to internet (I can play Call of Duty 4 online mode with no problem)

also, sometimes it appeared this:"unable to retrieve Parental Control Options!online not availble, please try again later"

this error makes me cannot play ONLINE at all ,

I come looking for an answer also. Tried to go online today for the first time and I got the same. Surprised there is no answer yet. I'll keep checking back. Thanks for any help in advance.

well if u have had this game for as long as i have which is over 1 year then u would realise online has always been screwing up and this is just one of the problems. others include being kicked from games because it thinks no one is in the game, loss of connection to host of game making you by yourself in the game, patch errors and thats just a start the list goes on hahahaha its pretty much hell
