Need some clarification.

The forum title says "Discuss four-player co-op and internet play here." but I thought this game is 2-players only? Is it 4-player co-op online or offline or not at all?

The "Features" part of the website also mentions this. I think we can safely assume that the game is indeed 4 players, both offline and online. That should provide for plenty of monster-blowing mayhem and arguing over who gets which armors and weapons SMILEY

I just looked at the final packaging and it says "1-2 players (Online 1-4 Players)".

You will be able to play two players on one PS3 in split-screen mode and have two players on a second PS3 link in via internet.

Really? There actually was this exact same question on another forum about if an offline-online mix was possible for this game (4 players on 2 PS3 for example). I had answered by a "Probably not since I've never seen it done before" and it was left at that. I didn't know either if it was split-screen or shared screen, but now I know. Thanks for the information, I'll go give the correct answers where appropriate SMILEY

oh ouch i thought it was going to be like final fantasy online for the ps2 that would of made me very happy SMILEY

Seems the printing on the box changed since I last checked, so I updated my previous post.

Current specs say 1-2 players (online 1-4).

Seuls le 3e et le 4e joueurs viendraient de d'autres PS3 sur le web ou bien c'est un seul joueur par PS3 pour Online?

What I want to know, is if I can play with a friend on my PS3 online with other players online our is it only one player per PS3 for online mode?
