when i try to go online i keep getting an error

ERROR: Unable to connect to the update service (2/80030002)

Just cancel before the loading of update is finish and all should be ok.

I'm having the same issue trying to go online, cancelling the update don't work.

I did just earlier today get a software update for the ps3, could that be the cause?
