Genesis Quest line gives you the ability to Enhance Runes yet they require:
A Rune
An UR T6 Resource
Enhancement Seal
My question is....
Where do you get the Enhancement Seal? Is it even in game yet? General Vendor/Exotic Goods vendor does not carry it. If it's a drop then it must be even rarer than spell parts caus no one has ever even seen one from what I have gathered.
Actually given the fact that rune, Infuse, Primal, Etherance, and Imbued drops are all Soulbound the real question is HOW can we enchance things for people? Please make the drops tradeable so we can actually craft the enhancements...if the aformenentioned components are in game hehe.

My guess is that it's meant to be a bonus for those who managed to lvl up their crafter to 50 so they can upgrade certain enchancements (not one type of crafter can upgrade every type of enchancement).
I haven't got the spare UR to try it yet, but maybe the sealer is the same one as the one you get from the general vendor you use to seal the normal runes?
If I had a decent heroic infuse aug I'd do it in a minute - provided that I could find the sealer. It's not on the IoG vendor that we saw. Is it in game yet?
It would be fantastic if they (enhancements) were tradable. Not only would we have something else to trade/spend money on, we could have other people upgrade them for us, instead of relying on whatever upgrade recipes are available to our archetype. From SoD alone I have more runes than I'll ever need, and I'd like to boost the heroic ones. When ur's are left over after abilities, armor, and weapon upgrades. If it's too much of a pain to recode enhancements to tradeable items, would it be possible to have the recipes changed to where they're like the Banisher series - where the component depends upon your archetype - and every archetype could upgrade all enhancement types?
The sealer from the vendor doesn't work. I tried it on test when alll the recipes were available. Methinks they're a random drop in PotA.
But the whole concept of the upgrading augs being restricted to certain classes/crafters and being soulbound through and through irks me. Especially seeing how I can't chose which types of augs I want to upgrade.
Anyone else have any insight? Still looking for "Enhancement Seal"
Doesn't Ini-Herat sell it?
He does now, anyways.
Although it's flagged 'Journeyman Blacksmith'

Where is he?
ok... So they JUST added this item on Ini-Herat cause it was NOT there when I originally posted this thread yesterday.
And yes... it is flagged Journeyman Blacksmith and my guildmates that are Artificiers & Outfitters can not use it.
However !!! The recipe is BROKEN....
At NO POINT during the crafting process does it ask you to add the item. And yes I had the item on my crafting table.
I attempted the recipe 2x cause I had (2) Rune of Destructions.
The first time the process never prompted me to add the Enhancement Seal, the end result was:
At first I thought maybe I missed the step to add the Enhancement seal so I attempted it a 2nd time. Before and after each step I even used the command "/craftingaddsecondary Enhancement Seal". At no point would it allow me to add the Seal. The end result was the same "Altered Enhancement"
I am a lvl 55 Armorsmith with all lvl 45 upgraded gear. I finished each of my 2 attempts with ~600-900 AP left over and the Quality was 100% A and I even finished with the finishing step #6 which gives a High Quality boost for 200 AP.
I wasted (2) Rune of Destructions & (2) Haelifurite Ores.
I petitioned to see if I can get my Runes & Ores back.
So I just realized.....
Might be the reason why I never seen the Enhancement Seal before.
It appears that maybe the Enhancement Seal was either Just added to the game yesterday OR... it only appears when the proper diplo buff is up.
That sucks, Kemble... I wonder if he confused you with another crafter that attempted this? The funny thing is that in your screenshot (which you linked in THIS thread), it cleary shows that you got the item to grade A.
Yup... I posted a reply to my petition to this forum thread so he can see my screenshots.
Man, I've always had great experience with GMs in this game, but it has been a while. It seems lately they've been a lot less willing to actually help customer who get screwed over by bugs.
These 2 screenshots were just taken (now that my (2) Rune of Desructions are not in my inventory (in which the GM tells me they are).
How was I able to start the whole crafting process if I didn't have a "compatable rune"
