I have to say, I'm in favour of the 'CR1 moves for Grandmaster Styles' idea as far as this sort of thing is concerned but, that issue aside, it'll be great to see these moves brought back.  Will it be worth having them if we have to take pills?  RAFO I guess.

WHY pills? At least make it so it's one time only pill so the animation plays at random or something like that, not a pill for every time u wanna use it...

has anybody thought about the fact that pill icon might just be place holder and or just a bullet point next to the name of the move SMILEY. also i can see the old move been called new moves augment, but just remember to bear this in mind MxO has a lot of new players in it like me who have never seen these moves and therefor are new to me and many others and i am looking very foreword to seeing them

Awesome move. Bad name.

Oh and we all know the idea of pills is tiresome; surely the point of these threads is for feedback. In that case id like to see them changed.

Just replace the pill or inhaler icon on these "ability Grants" with the cell-phone icon. Then, it's an ability downloaded to you real time from your Operator, just like in those movies.  What were those movies called again...

The name's a bit iffy, as is the pill thing, but the move is both nostalgic and awesome. SMILEY

Anything from origianl combat is good news to me.  Wall kicks and multi-fighting were what made combat fun and Matrixy.  The combat we've had since CR2 was put in has been extremely stale for me personally. If there are wall jumps still in-game I have yet to see them.  I hear many complaints about CR1 being bugged and taking too long to do anything.  I must admit it wasn't perfect however, I see more bugs in the current combat than I ever noticed before.  Maybe it's just because so much was removed to the point we end up with blank moves where nothing happens.  In my opinion, removing animations when there is no animator working on the game is a bad idea.  Any game for that matter.  Imagine where Disney would be without an animator...

These moves/animations need to be brought back in.  It's more fun, it's more Matrixy.  Having to take more pills is a bad idea.  To bend the rules in the Matrix you take one pill, the redpill.  We've all taken it so lets get on with it shall we?

If we have to take one pill to unlock this content fine.  Farming constantly to do these things is ridiculous.

Awesome to see it coming back, as this was easily my favorite move from CR1, but I'm still iffy on the pill idea unless, as said, it's a premanent grant of some kind.  Of course, that could mean earning it could be the equivalent of earning the patcher's headgear, which is just silly.

Well, guess we'll just have to see.

By the way, how's the Halloween planning going for this year?

These moves are all still ingame.  We've been testing like rabbits in the Animations thread.  They are harder to do in CR2, but still there.

I have a feeling these "shadows" are something slightly different.

EDIT:  Thank you Paige:

I don't know if they're all still there, but it sounds like from that topic at least some are SMILEY But I don't know if we really know how many of them there are total anyway =P I know there's at least two different Karate ones for certain SMILEY

But up until just recently all we knew was this!

New moves or restored deleted moves = very, very good.

Making them consumables = horrible idea.

Making them abilities instead = good.

Making them org abilities too = godly.
