If this area is org specific, and we would be able to hold "meetings" there You would need to expand Team from 6 to unlimit, and lower the price since not every faction (specialy new factions) don't have either the rep or the cash to get that damnable key
For the convenience I will forget the fact that Merovingian & Machine factions / members need to go to Int. or DT (which is a dangerous place for lowlvls)
