I was a little peeved to go to the forum for the game world I play on, Syntax, and found all the recent player events and recent roleplay had been moved. I calmed down after a brief moment of *CENSORED*!?! and thought about things.
The events and roleplay were on the gameworld forums for a reason Walrus, namely, because they were concerning the players on that server. Now I guess it's pointless to post any RP (which sometimes have events to go with them) or player events (which are more often than not on Syntax to be RP related) on the gameworld forums and try to get people on those servers involved and stop the bleeding while we wait for LE to start up eh? I've watched a lot of people walk away from this game and I have a feeling that more will probably go now that all server specific RP has to be in a single forum with everyone elses RP. Now, when RP of one server gets mixed up with the RP of other servers, it will create confusion as people try to figure out which is what and where and tags will become horrendously long.
Of Forums and Brick walls. (The Next RP Chapter in the Saga of Killmajumbon00b for Syntax concerning the Cypherites of Syntax and not the Cypherites of any other server, nor is it related to the Tale of Killmajumbon00b which is occuring on blah blah blah... )
((Yes Dorothy, even when kinda mad/disappointed, I have a sense of humour.))

I never go to the recruiting or the marketplace sections, but enjoy easily reading and posting to threads that pertain to my world i. I don't like having to search over a million-billion other posts to find one from my friends and fellow Recursionites... or Recursioners.... or whatever.
I think it would be efficent if there was an Events forum for each world. That way all the events for that world are organized and not cluttered up with the general posts.

Example World1 --General --Markeplace --Recruiting --Events World2 --General --Markeplace --Recruiting --Events AND An Events section which is simply the events forums Events --World1 (points to the above forum) --World2 (points to the above forum) w00t everyone is happy and is probably do-able with the BBS software you have access too.Message Edited by TasteeWheat on 08-23-2005 08:04 PM
