So ok to recap a rather long story the other day my faction was given a CYPH tag faction Sweet Dreams CYPH
Later that evening an EPN faction who was receiving their EPN tag was literally renamed Sweet Dreams EPN by someone within customer service although I am aware of the situation ironicly enough only through LESIG informing me about it customer service has had my CCR for over 48 hours now aand not even replied to it after what Ill refer to as a colorful little mistake.
I heard Brewko was on vacation but dont they have anyone working in CS right now? I figure maybe yano having the ability to reply to tickets when you replicate faction names might be a handy little feature. Message edited by privaronT on 09/07/2008 08:03:30.
